This is the beach we reached after hiking 45 minutes to Wineglass Bay then another 1 km across the isthmus to the other side of the peninsula. Needless to say, it's not easily accessible. The only other way to get here is to hike 6 or 7 km on some undulating terrain but no real climbing involved. In any case, it was another deserted beach -- just the way we like it! We almost left the beach and were just heading up the path into the bush when we decided to turn around and have a snack. Good timing by us once again, because that's when we had our first kangaroo sighting!
