The waves were coming around the island in the background and were crossing paths just where Joe is standing.

This was our first sunny morning. I'm a huge lover of a sunny day, so a testament to how gorgeous this whole state has been is that I've loved it despite the less than perfect weather. Nonetheless, it was wonderful to wake up to sunny skies. This is the picture perfect little beach a 5 minute walk from downtown Bicheno ( a town of 0 traffic lights!).
